    Book Bonus Time

  • Bonus Time is unused, surplus rental availability
  • Bonus Time is last-minute inventory that has not been reserved by another owner or guest, so it can be difficult to secure during high-demand times such as weekends and prime travel times. You will see the most Bonus Time availability from Sunday through Thursday nights, as well as in off-peak times of the year like spring and fall.
  • Bonus Time is available only to BGV Club Owners, their children (21 and up), and their parents.
  • Owners may only book Bonus Time at the property they own.
  • Grand Colorado on Peak 8 and Grand Lodge on Peak 7 owners can book Bonus Time within a 14-day window.
  • Grand Timber Lodge owners can book Bonus Time within a 30-day window for weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) and a 14 day window for weekends (Friday-Saturday).
  • Reservations are fully refundable until 48 hours prior to check-in at 4 p.m.
  • Owners are allowed one Bonus Time reservation per night.
  • Visit the Bonus Time page on Grand Central for current rates.

  • Bonus Time Page

    • Once logged in to your Grand Central account, head to the Bonus Time page. You can do so by clicking Reserve Here on the home page, or by hovering over Reservations and clicking Bonus Time.

  • Bonus Time Calendar

    • The Bonus Time calendar will display availability. Dates in green are available to book, those in dark gray are check-out only, while light gray means unavailable. Click a check-in and check-out date, then click Search Availability.
    • Available rooms will be displayed with their rate. The rate listed is the final price, including tax and resort fees.
    • Click Reserve to book.

  • Agree to Terms and Add Amenities

    • Your reservation will be held for 14 minutes. Review the terms and resort advisements, then click ‘I Agree-Continue.’
    • Use the following screen to add amenities to your reservation.

  • Payment Page

    • On the payment screen, you will see your reservation itinerary and a rate breakdown.
      • If you are paying for your reservation with a credit card, select a card saved to your Grand Central wallet, or select Add Card.
      • If using reward dollars, select Pay with Reward Dollars.
    • Add any special requests, then click Complete Reservation.

  • Reservation Confirmation

    • Your Bonus Time reservation has been confirmed. We look forward to seeing you in Breckenridge!
