Excitement continues to build around the Imperial, our newest addition to the Breckenridge Grand Vacations family of resorts. While construction is underway, we are thrilled to share a preview of the thoughtfully curated amenity package that will define your future stays. From wellness and dining to recreation and family fun, each space is being designed with comfort, connection, and the Breckenridge spirit in mind.

Remedy Spa
When Imperial opens, Remedy Spa will offer a full-service wellness retreat designed to help you truly unwind. Inspired by the natural elements of Colorado, the spa will feature a curated menu of massages and body treatments focused on relaxation and restoration. Owners can look forward to a peaceful, elevated spa experience just steps from their residence.

Sky Domes
The Sky Domes will create a one-of-a-kind gathering experience under the Colorado sky. These private, transparent domes are planned as cozy spaces for small group dinners, celebrations, or quiet evenings with friends and family. With mountain views all around, they will offer a memorable setting for special moments in every season.

Lobby Bar
The Lobby Bar is designed to be a welcoming place to pause and connect. It will offer handcrafted cocktails, elevated zero proof creations, specialty coffees, and small bites. Whether you are meeting friends or relaxing after a day on the mountain, it will provide a comfortable space to unwind and recharge.

On-Site Restaurant
Is planned as Imperial’s signature restaurant, bringing together mountain hospitality and elevated cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can expect a warm, inviting setting with a focus on thoughtfully prepared dishes and handcrafted beverages. It will be a place to gather, celebrate, and share the stories of the day.

Speakeasy
Tucked behind a discreet entrance, a Speakeasy will offer an intimate, speakeasy-style experience. Designed with rich finishes and cozy seating, this hidden lounge will specialize in craft cocktails and a refined evening atmosphere. It is intended to be a favorite spot for a quiet night out close to home.

Lucky Activity Center
The Lucky Activity Center will be designed with families in mind. Planned features include interactive play areas and creative spaces that encourage imagination and connection. It will give kids a place to explore and have fun, while parents enjoy knowing that memorable family moments are happening just downstairs.

The Forge Fitness Center
The Forge will provide a complete fitness experience within the resort. Owners can expect modern cardio equipment, strength training machines, free weights, and dedicated space for stretching and recovery. Whether maintaining your regular routine or fitting in a quick workout before heading out, this space will make it easy to stay active.

Swoosh! Aquatic Center
Swoosh! will bring year-round aquatic fun and relaxation to Imperial. Plans include an indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and interactive water features for all ages. Adults will be able to unwind with mountain views, while kids enjoy slides and splash areas. It is designed to offer both energy and relaxation in one dynamic space.

Fire and Ice Grotto
As part of the spa experience, the Fire and Ice Grotto is envisioned as a guided thermal journey. Planned features include a thalassotherapy pool, salt room, steam room, sauna, and cold plunge. Moving between warm and cool environments will support recovery and deep relaxation, creating a true wellness destination within the resort.

Private Dining Room
This will provide an elegant, private setting for special occasions. Designed for intimate dinners, celebrations, and executive gatherings, this space will offer a refined atmosphere and personalized service for meaningful events.

Tasting Room
This will function as both a tasting room and demonstration kitchen. Owners can look forward to chef-led classes, curated tastings, and interactive culinary experiences. It is designed to bring people together through food, learning, and shared experiences.

Private Movie Theaters
Imperial is planned to include four private movie theaters with plush seating and high-quality audio and visual systems. These screening rooms will allow owners to host movie nights, watch big games, or enjoy a series marathon in a comfortable, private setting.
