1. Click the Apps button and select Contacts.
2. Click Create contact and select Create a contact
3. Enter our BGV sender email addresses

4. Click Save

2. Select More Settings
3. Click Filters in the left panel
4. Select Add new filters
5. Enter our BGV email addresses and add a filter name

   3. reservations@e-breckenridgegrandvacations.com
6. In the drop-down menu for “move the message to”, choose “inbox”
7. Click Save

Owners who use a Comcast / Xfinity email address tend to have the most difficulty with the email platform identifying our emails as spam. If you have a comcast email saved as your primary email address on your Grand Central account, we strongly recommend adding us to your safe sender list or using a different email address.

1. Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
2. Click on the gear icon on the top-right corner.
3. Click Email Settings.
4. On the left menu, under Mail, choose Advanced Settings.
5. On the Advanced Settings page, check the box next to Use email safe list.
6. Click, Add an email address.
7. Enter an email address, and click Add.
8. To enable and disable the email safe list, click Use email safe list.
   • If the checkbox is checked, the Email Safe List is enabled.
9. When finished, close the page
