Comcast/Xfinity
Owners who use a Comcast / Xfinity email address tend to have the most difficulty with the email platform identifying our emails as spam. If you have a comcast email saved as your primary email address on your Grand Central account, we strongly recommend completing the following steps or using a different email address.
Check your Spam or Junk folder
- Log into your Comcast/Xfinity webmail directly and review your Spam folder. If you find an email from us, select “Not Spam” to help ensure future messages arrive in your inbox
Add us to your Address Book
In Comcast/Xfinity Mail:
- Go to the Address Book tab
- Select My Address Books and the Address Book folder
- Select New Contact
Create an email address with a different provider
Last Resort: Add us to your Safe Sender list
In Comcast/Xfinity Mail:
- Go to Settings (gear icon)
- Select Mail Settings
- Choose Advanced Settings
- Add our sending email address or domain to your Safe Sender list
Important Considerations:
- You must enable the Email Safe List to use it.
- When the Email Safe List is turned on, only emails sent from addresses on the Email Safe List will be received. This means that you won’t receive any messages if you turn the Email Safe List on without adding and saving any email addresses to your Email Safe List.

Apple Mail
To ensure Breckenridge Grand Vacations emails always reach your inbox in Apple Mail, add our email addresses to your Contacts, mark them as VIP, or move them out of your Junk folder.
Add to Contacts
- Open an email from the sender.

- Click Not Junk, or move the email back to your Inbox.

Reminder
Emails are only ever sent to the primary email address on file for each owner or co-owner.
Pre-arrival Texts
To ensure our pre-arrival text messages reach your device, add our texting numbers to your contacts. These messages may include helpful information about your upcoming stay, such as arrival details, reminders, and important updates during your visit.
If you already have the main phone numbers for your property saved in your contacts, you can add the texting number (which does differ) as an additional or secondary phone number under the same contact.
