Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your Day Use parking reservation, please do so by clicking the cancel button for the reservation in the “My Reservations” box at the bottom of the page.

If you do not cancel your Day Parking reservation by 7 p.m. the evening prior to your reservation and fail to arrive at the Concierge Desk for your Day Use parking, your Day Use privileges will be subject to a 14-day suspension. Any existing or waitlist reservations will be honored, but no additional reservations can be made during the 14-day suspension.

Day Use Check-In Policy:
Day Use privileges at the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 are exclusive to Club Members and their immediate family, defined as parents and children (siblings and in-laws are excluded). Members or their immediate family must be at least 21 years old to check in and must present a valid owner card (physical or digital) along with a photo ID.

Dog Policy:
Dogs are prohibited from all common areas, including elevators, aquatics, fitness center, spa facilities, movie theaters, and the lobby. Dogs cannot be left unattended inside vehicles on resort property, including in the parking garages. Failure to abide by these rules will result in a fine being assessed.

Day Use Reminder:
Day Use privileges are intended for usage from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. MT and are not valid for overnight parking. Day Use privileges are only available to Grand Colorado on Peak 8 Club Members and their immediate family. Immediate family is defined as parents and children.

Day Use privileges will be limited based on availability and are also limited to groups of eight or fewer people*, including the owners in the total count. *Only one vehicle per ownership may be parked on the property for Day Use at one time.

All personal items must be kept in allocated Day Use storage areas. This includes Day Use lockers, the Day Use room, and your vehicle. Personal items may not be left unattended in the aquatic areas, fitness center, spa, or in common areas.
