Sharing with Family or Friends
If you are sharing or transferring your reservation to family or friends:
- You are permitted to transfer your reservation to anyone you choose.
- Contact Owner Relations to update the contact information on your reservation
- Name(s), address, phone number, and email address are required
- Only owners, owners’ children, and owners’ parents of Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and Grand Colorado on Peak 8 are allowed to bring their dogs.
- If splitting your reservation between guests (i.e., three nights for one guest, four for another) you will be responsible for the cost of the additional full cleaning between stays. This includes splitting the reservation between yourself and your family member or guest.
Self-Rental Policies
If you are advertising and renting your reservation on your own:
- You will set your own rental rates and will receive 100% of the commission generated
- Once you have a renter, contact Owner Relations to update the contact information on your reservation
- Name(s), address, phone number, and email address are required
- If splitting your reservation between guests (i.e., three nights for one guest, four for another) you will be responsible for the cost of the additional full cleaning between stays.
- The Town of Breckenridge requires short-term rental listings to provide their Breckenridge Business License Number in any advertisement. Contact Owner Relations for your specific license number.
- We will collect a credit card from your renter upon check-in, but you (the owner) are ultimately responsible for any damages to the unit.
- Our resorts are not dog-friendly for non-owners. If you are renting your unit to a BGV owner, they must own at the property in order to bring their dog.
- Images on our resort websites are copyrighted, but you are welcome to use the images below for your listing. Simply right-click and save the images you need.
