Imperial Hotel & Private Residences Property Update

I’m excited to share an update on the progress of the Imperial Hotel & Private Residences. Over the past several months, our team has been hard at work moving this vision from plans on paper to a project taking shape right here in Breckenridge.
One of the most significant milestones to date is now well underway. Construction crews have already excavated and relocated more than 60,000 cubic yards of material from the site, with much of that material being responsibly reused throughout other local development projects and environmental initiatives in our community. Watching the transformation of the site has been remarkable, and each week brings visible progress.
In the coming weeks, we expect to complete the shoring system that supports the excavation process and begin pouring the building footers and foundation. These are exciting next steps because they mark the transition from site preparation to the construction of the structure itself.
Looking ahead, later this summer and into early fall, we anticipate beginning vertical construction as precast concrete and structural steel elements start to rise from the site. For many of us, this will be the moment when Imperial truly begins to come to life.
Projects of this scale require tremendous planning, coordination, and dedication from countless team members, partners, and contractors. I am incredibly proud of the progress being made and grateful for the enthusiasm and support we continue to receive from our owners.
