Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Property Information

2024 Quarter 3

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from your family in Breckenridge!

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is pleased to share a few updates with our owners:

  • We have completed our Spring Blocks Improvement Projects. Our South building has a fresh coat of exterior paint, and we replaced the carpeting on the 3rd floor. We also replaced the patio furniture in our residences with some Adirondack-style items. We hope you enjoy our newest updates during your next stay.
  • We are seeing significant energy cost savings due to our solar energy partnership. This partnership has resulted in over $40,000 in savings year-over-year.
  • Housekeeping has cleared up some counterspace in the residences’ kitchens. Appliances like the crockpot, blender, etc., are now located in the cabinet above the refrigerator. Our Front Desk is always happy to assist if you have questions about this change during your next stay.
  • Soothe Spa has made a few updates this quarter. The wall behind the pedicure chairs has been redesigned and now features a beautiful abstract wood feature design that uniquely reflects the Rocky Mountains. The spa has also started offering reusable plastic drinkware for the grotto.
  • We are pleased to share that we are now offering 3-hour-long theater blocks. This will permit owners and guests to watch longer movies or have a little extra time to get settled while enjoying the theaters. We are still able to offer five time slots per theater each day, with our first time slot now beginning at 8 a.m. All theater time slots can be viewed in Grand Central.
  • We must be having a lot of fun this summer because time sure is flying by! It is almost leaf-peeping season here in Breckenridge. We can’t wait until the aspens start turning a golden yellow in early to mid-September. Go Breck has some great leaf-peeping recommendations for scenic drives, bike riding, and hiking adventures.
  • The BreckConnect Gondola will remain open through Labor Day, September 2. Then, it will close for annual maintenance until the Ski Season begins.
  • Looking ahead, the Outdoor Pool Deck Area Resurfacing Project is slated for later this summer. This project will result in partial aquatics closures as we work to improve our outdoor pool area.
  • The outdoor staircase leading from the bus circle to the ski area is also scheduled for renovations. The BMMA plans to improve its snowmelt system under the stairs, lay down new concrete for the entire staircase, and install new lighting along the handrails. This certainly is a Grand project, and it will likely take about 12 weeks to complete.

We always welcome your feedback and suggestions for making the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 a better place for you and your family. Please send any thoughts to ayoder@breckgv.com for consideration!
