Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Property Information
Quarter 1 2025
Letter from the Assistant General Manager
Greetings from your family in Breckenridge!
The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is pleased to share a few updates with our owners:
- Breckenridge’s High Alpine Terrain is officially open for the season! Remember, you can monitor lift and terrain statuses through the Breckenridge Resort website.
- We’ve had an awesome snow season so far and look forward to our biggest snow months yet! A reminder that Day Use parking reservations book up fast this time of year, so make sure to book in advance. Booking times have slightly changed- Grand Lodge on Peak 7 owners can book their Day Use parking reservations 7 days in advance starting at 7:15 a.m.
- A few new updates are to be celebrated this quarter! The Activities Center flooring was replaced this month with a sleek epoxy, which will last longer than carpet and is easier to maintain. We are also replacing the cardio machines in the fitness center in February! We are very excited about these updates, so hopefully you can enjoy them next time you’re here.
- March is one of the busiest months in Breckenridge and we run at full capacity every year. Reservations around town are encouraged, and please reach out to our Concierge Team if we can help you with planning any excursions during your trip.
- Our activities team has worked with Breckenridge Distillery to craft our own GL7 Special Reserve Blend Breckenridge Bourbon. This is featured in our newest basket along with some delicious chocolate. The bourbon is also available to purchase while on property.
- Additionally, our activities department has unveiled a Romance Package is perfect for celebrating Valentine’s Day in Breckenridge. The package includes a bouquet of roses, premium champagne, BGV stainless steel flutes, premium chocolates, etc. Our activities team would be happy to assist with any inquiries.
- Speaking of holidays, Easter is also right around the corner too! We will have plenty of things to do including an Easter egg hunt and other fun Easter/spring-themed activities. There may even be an Easter bunny sighting!
- Home Owners Association meetings are right around the corner! If you haven’t already, you can opt to go paperless for your HOA meeting notifications by setting your Communication Preferences on Grand Central.
- We have one final, exciting update to share. GL7 is thrilled to announce that once the ski season concludes, we will begin managing the Sevens Restaurant. There will be a brief period when the restaurant must close while we transition the ownership, but once we re-open, we are confident that we will be able to deliver an excellent quality of food and service. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating even more Grand memories together in our new restaurant!
We always welcome your feedback and suggestions for how to make the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 a better place for you and your family. Please send any thoughts to ayoder@breckgv.com for consideration!

Important Owner Reminder
Some of our valued BGV owners have recently reported unsolicited cold calls, letters, and emails from companies offering fractional real estate ownership exit options. Unfortunately, some of these companies are not legitimate, so we encourage you to promptly report any suspicious forms of communication to BGV’s Accounts Receivable Management Team at 888-783-8883 Ext. 3048.
Here are some basic indicators and tips from the Colorado State Attorney General’s Office to help protect you from potential scams:
- You receive unsolicited offers with promises such as, but not limited to “We have a buyer for your ownership” or “We guarantee you will make a large profit on the sale.”
- The reseller or transfer company only uses a PO box or other mail forwarding service and won’t provide a physical address.
- You are asked to make an immediate and/or up-front payment by wire transfer, money order, or prepaid gift or money card.
- Refuse to pay for appraisals, inspections, or other services – scammers use these to avoid state prohibitions on collecting up-front fees and these services are rarely needed to complete an ownership resale or transfer.
- The offer suggests an upcoming significant increase in association dues, or other expense increases.
- Be wary of any solicitation or offer of purchase that requires you to use a resale, transfer, or escrow company of the buyer’s choice.
We recognize that there are times when an owner needs to exit their fractional real estate ownership, and are pleased to offer the following safe and responsible exit resources: https://www.bgvgrandcentral.com/resources/ownership-transfer/. In addition, please feel free to contact BGV’s Accounts Receivable Management Team at 888-783-8883 Ext. 3048 if you need further assistance.
