Greetings from your family in Breckenridge!

It is hard to believe that it is already 2024! Ullr has finally come in full force, and the town is bustling. Winter is here, and so is the snow! We are on pace for another great season in Breckenridge and around Colorado. If you haven’t been on the ski resort in a while, I would highly recommend giving it a shot. The terrain is skiing well, and the mountain is almost 100% open.

Here is what is going on around the property:

• If you are an owner of a Spring and Fall unit with usage in 2025, please keep in mind that your booking day will be on Saturday, April 20, 2024. You can book your week(s) online via Grand Central using the Season Search tool. Click here to watch a tutorial!
• We are happy to announce that we have added robes to our units. Upon check-in, you will see two robes in each bedroom and studio unit. If you need any additional robes, simply text or call the Front Desk, and they can have more sent up. Also, if you enjoy the robes, please feel free to take them home with you, and a $100 charge will be added to your room.
• Upon popular request, we have upgraded the sound system in the common areas around the property. We now have music in all the amenity areas to improve the ambiance during your leisure time.
• There is a new UTV excursion offered out of Leadville! The concierge is happy to assist you in booking this excursion during your next trip, along with many other exciting activities.
• Please remember that as an owner, you get a 10% discount on all purchases in the GTL market from the Front Desk. When you purchase an item, simply let them know you are an owner to get your discount.
• Now that winter is in full force, we have a lot of traffic on the property. If you need parking, please make sure to book it ahead of time by going to your owners’ website or by calling the Concierge Desk. When you are on the property for the day, feel free to utilize the Day Use lunchroom in Building 6.
• Owners and guests of Grand Timber Lodge can receive a 20% discount through Ski Butlers through the remainder of the ski season, with no blackout dates! Experience ski rental delivery and avoid lines at the ski shop. Click here to book.
