Greetings from your family in Breckenridge!

The summer is always a fantastic time in Breckenridge. This year, the weather has been as close to perfect as possible. The mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and all the other great activities are in full swing. If you want a fun activity during your stay, check out all the fun live music at the Riverwalk Center, Dillon Amphitheater, and 10 Mile Music Hall. There are also many fun summer activities, such as the Breckenridge International Festival of the Arts August 16 –25, The Breckenridge Wine Classic August 22 –24, and Oktoberfest September 13–15.

Here is what is going on around the property:

• We replaced the property’s key system and swapped out all locks and handles. The new system provides a much nicer guest experience and should result in fewer keys malfunctioning.
• The drainage system outside of Building 6 has been completely replaced. Over the past year, you may have noticed a leak in the hallway outside of the family fun center. Thanks to the hard work of our Engineering department, this has been fixed!
• The lower hot tub by buildings 1-4 is currently out of service. The plumbing has served us well for the past 25 years but finally needs to be replaced. We are gathering bids and proposed plans. More to come on this!
• All units in Building 6, including the Boot Saloon, have had windows and balcony doors replaced. We will start replacing Buildings 7 and 8 next year.
• In Buildings 5 and 6, the mattresses have all been replaced with the newer model we have been using for the last couple of years.
• We have a brand-new shuttle with an ADA lift on the property. It has been a huge hit with our owners and guests. Please also keep in mind that as an owner, you can rent the shuttle service for private events at a lower price than you will find anywhere else. We have already done multiple owner events this summer!
