Online Owner Week Reservations

We are excited to announce that all owners are now able to book their owner weeks online via Grand Central.

We have created a system that functions in two different capacities:

Quick Book: For Grand Colorado on Peak 8 and Grand Lodge on Peak 7 owners, we have made simple Booking Day functionality that allows you to book your week with a few button clicks. Please watch a tutorial here.
Season Search: For all owners, we have created an easy-to-navigate season search so you can look for any weeks available during a portion of your season or the entire season. Please watch a tutorial here.

To prepare for this new feature release, we ask that all owners take the time to set up their Grand Central accounts or ensure they know their username and password. Please remember that every owner has their unique owner number and Grand Central account.

Please read the FAQs below to learn more about what this change means for your ownership. The Owner Relations department is available Monday – Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT to answer any additional questions.

How will I book my owner week?

Floating Week Owners: You will book your week online beginning at 9 a.m. on the first Wednesday within 365 days of the week you are looking to book. Please refer to the calendar of weeks to find the appropriate booking day.

Fixed Week Owners: Your week will automatically be booked for you.

How do I use the Quick Book?

To facilitate high-demand booking mornings, owners will utilize the “Quick Book” section to secure their week as quickly as possible.

Can I still call in to book my owner week?

Yes, you can call in; however, we recommend using the online system for booking days, as this will give you the highest chance of booking your desired week.

Why did you move to an online booking system?

We are moving to an online booking system because this will create the easiest possible booking experience for all owners. Owners can book weeks from any location, no longer be on long holds, and can self-service anytime.

How do I request a specific residence?

During the booking process, you will get to a Reservations Details page. Add any room or reservation requests to your booking in the Additional Requests text box. The Owner Relations customer service team will receive these requests and work to accommodate them as best as possible.

Please note that specific residences are not guaranteed.

How do I request a Dog-Friendly Unit?

During the booking process, you will get to a Reservations Details page.
Select Amenities and Additional Requests.
From here, you can select the Dog-Friendly toggle.
You will see a pop-up where you can add your dog’s information to the reservation.

The Owner Relations customer service team will receive these dog-friendly requests and work to accommodate them as best as possible. Dog-friendly residences are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Owner Relations will confirm whether or not they were able to accommodate a dog-friendly residence.

What are the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 booking policies?

Floating Week two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and suites: Notification may be completed online if an online option is available, or by phone. Requests submitted via email will be handled after online and phone request have been handled. Requests may be made no more than the first Wednesday that is three hundred sixty-five (365) days or less in advance of the check-in date for Two-Bedroom Breckenridge Units, One-Bedroom Breckenridge Units, and Suite Breckenridge Units. Reservation requests received in advance of the first booking day will be rejected.

Floating week three-bedroom and four-bedroom: Notification may be completed online if an online option is available, or by phone. Requests submitted via email will be handled after online and phone request have been handled. Requests may be made no more than the first Wednesday which is three hundred seventy-two (372) days or less in advance of the check-in date for Three-Bedroom Breckenridge Units and Four-Bedroom Breckenridge Units. Reservation requests received in advance of the first booking day will be rejected.

Fixed week owners: A Vacation Owner of a Fixed Vacation Week shall be entitled to use and occupy the Vacation Unit and Week designated on the “Deed” each calendar year provided the Vacation Owner is in good standing with the Association.

How long do I have to complete my reservation?

After selecting your week(s) by clicking Reserve you will have 14 minutes to finalize your booking. There will be a timer for you to reference in the upper right-hand corner of your booking screen.

Can I search for alternative weeks if my owner week is already booked?

You will not be able to search for alternative weeks using Grand Central. If your week is already reserved, you can call Owner Relations at 877.453.4440 to search for alternative weeks.

What are the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 booking terms and conditions?

Check-In
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. The Grand Colorado on Peak 8 Front Desk is open 24 hours a day. Please be advised that we do require a picture ID and credit card upon arrival for incidentals. If you arrive prior to 4:00 p.m. you have full access to the resort amenities, including parking.

Check-Out
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. is available on a limited basis. Please check with the Front Desk to see if a late check-out is available for your stay. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will be happy to store your luggage.

Housekeeping
Please note that your stay does not include daily housekeeping services. However, you will receive a complimentary weekly service during your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available for a nominal fee during your stay.

Cancellation
Owners who are unable to use their reserved owner time may choose to rent it out. Please call the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations department for details at 877-453-4440. All reservations are subject to a $100 cancellation/rescheduling fee.

Parking
Your allotted parking spaces will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on your day of check-in until 10:00 a.m. on your check-out day.

Shuttle Service
Grand Colorado on Peak 8 offers a courtesy shuttle service to take you and your guests anywhere within the downtown limits of Breckenridge.

Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units and unit decks. Tobacco smoking is only allowed in designated areas within the resort.

Pet Policy
Some units are pet friendly (defined as up to two dogs) for the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 Club owners only, but we require advance notice to allow pets on property. Pets are not allowed in the elevators, lobby area, movie theaters, aquatics area, fitness center, or spa. Pets can be kenneled at The Dog House in Breckenridge.

How do I book consecutive weeks?

If you own multiple of the same sized unit you are allowed to book your weeks consecutively on the booking day. For example, if you own two two-bedroom units, you may call on the week 10 booking day and book weeks 10 and 11.

What are the three and four-bedroom booking policies?

Three- and four-bedroom owners may call one week ahead of the standard booking day to book their entire three- or four-bedroom residence. Review the Calendar of Weeks to determine your booking day. Add your booking day to your calendar here.

Do Fixed Week Owners use this booking system?

No, Fixed Week owners will not utilize the online owner week booking system. Your reservation will automatically be booked into your deeded unit and week(s).

Will booking online guarantee that I get the week that I want?

You are guaranteed a week within your deeded season. Owner week reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis; weeks become available for all owners at the same time. Our high-demand weeks will book very quickly, and you may not get your first choice of owner week.

The intention behind moving to an online system is to make booking more convenient and avoid keeping owners on long hold times. While booking online, you will know much more quickly whether you were able to secure your desired week.

Summer and Winter Owners: You will still use the Annual Reservation Requests system to book your owner week. Owners that did not participate in the Annual Reservation Requests system will be able to book their owner week via Grand Central online owner week reservations after confirmations have been released.

Spring/Fall Owners: You will use the Grand Central online owner week booking system to reserve your spring/fall week.

How do I use the Season Search?

Season Search allows owners to search for owner week availability by searching a range of dates. This feature will be utilized outside of the Annual Reservation System and by Spring/Fall owners.

Why did you move to an online booking system?

Why is the search weeks taking so long to load?

Due to the number of Buildings and units at Grand Timber Lodge, a search can take up to five minutes to complete. The best practice is to search for a week or a few weeks you are looking for instead of the entire season. This will lead to a faster load time.

How do I request a specific residence?

Please note that specific residences are not guaranteed.

Why are there days on the calendar I can’t select?

This booking process shows the entire calendar year but will only let you select days within the season you own. This creates a quick booking process by showing you exactly what dates you can choose.

What are the Grand Timber Lodge booking policies?

Summer/Winter Flot week Owners: For all two (2) bedroom and three (3) bedroom Owners, the summer and winter reservation procedures at Grand Timber Lodge have been designed to ensure that all Owners have equal and easy access to reserving their week(s) and have been carefully formulated to be fair and equitable to all Owners. Each Owner can use a vacation week(s) as designated on their deed. No reservation will be binding on Grand Timber Lodge until the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations Department provides written confirmation to the requesting owner. Please see the full details here.

Spring/Fall Float week Owners: A Vacation Owner is entitled to reserve a Floating Vacation Week in his designated season of Spring/Fall in a comparable Vacation Unit to the Unit purchased (as set forth in his Deed) by notifying the Managing Agent. Notification may be made by phone or email. Requests submitted via email will be handled after phone requests have been handled. Owners will utilize a first come, first served booking day system. Requests may be made no more than three hundred sixty-five (365) days in advance of the first day of the requested season. Reservation requests received in advance of the 365 days will be rejected. After the initial first come, first served booking day, notifications for reservations may also be completed online if an online option is available, or by phone and email.

4 Bedroom Owners: “Connecting 2 Bedroom Unit” Owners will utilize a first come, first served booking day system. Notification may be made by phone or email. Requests submitted via email will be handled after phone requests have been handled. Requests may be made no more than three hundred sixty-five (365) days in advance of the first day of the requested season. Reservation requests received in advance of the 365 days will be rejected. After the initial first come, first served booking day, notifications for reservations may also be completed online if an online option is available, or by phone and email.

These booking systems may change from time to time and all Owners will be kept informed of any changes to the booking system.
