Hello BGV Owners,

We hope your year is off to a wonderful start! As part of the leadership transition that we announced at the end of last year, Michael — our new COO — will now be joining me in writing these quarterly letters.

We look forward to welcoming you back to Breckenridge soon to create new memories with family, friends, and loved ones. Those special moments are at the heart of BGV’s purpose: Sharing Smiles. • “Everyone was wonderful during our stay, but the true magic came after our stay. My son had beautifully hand-painted a Colorado flag magnet in the activities center, but it got broken on the way home. We called to see if we could purchase another one, and the staff went above and beyond by sending us a replacement (WITH PAINT!) free of charge so my son could recreate it. We greatly appreciated that!”

• “We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received from Thomas Weymer! He went above and beyond to guide us through booking rooms at Peak 8 and navigating the Interval platform. Thomas patiently set up a video meeting to walk us through the system, explaining not just the what, but the how and why.

  He also helped us find the perfect resort in Mexico using our club points, turning what could have been a stressful process into an exciting experience. Thomas’s expertise, patience, and positive attitude made all the difference. He is amazing!”
