Greetings from your Breckenridge Family,

Summer fun means long days at the pool at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7. We hope to see many of our beloved owners at Peak 7 to beat the heat in the mountains over the next few months. Some new buzz around the resort includes the improved Sevens patio and the aquatics area. Seven’s is happy to provide many new outdoor games at the patio, while the aquatics area now includes a tiki bar and poolside games with the Activities team. In addition, the Cucumber Gulch trail is now open to both hikers and bikers for those looking for a trailhead close to the property!

For anyone looking to explore Breckenridge and the surrounding areas, please don’t hesitate to ask the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 staff for our favorite ways to recreate. Wildflower hunting has become a popular activity in the area. For more details about Colorado’s local floral and fauna, go here. Looking for other ways to relax on vacation? To continue improving the ownership experience at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, we recently made some changes to the booking rules for three and four-bedroom owners. The change that was proposed, and recently approved by the HOA Board, will mirror the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 in that three and four-bedroom owners are allowed to book 372 days in advance of the week they would like to reserve (on Tuesday mornings) when they are reserving their entire three or four-bedroom residence only.

Looking ahead to projects this fall, we would like to ensure that all owners are aware of the grotto remodel due September 20 – October 25. This closure includes the spa deck, steam room, and weatherproofing enhancements to sustain this environment for years to come.
