Letter from the Assistant General Manager

December is a beautiful time here in Breck. Ski season has begun, the holidays are right around the corner, and the town is bustling. Our favorite events are happening, like the Lighting of Breckenridge, Race of Santas, and Ullr Fest!

We are looking forward to a fantastic ski season this year.  

As many of you know, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 has had many new management changes, and we are excited to have some fresh faces on property. Along with these personnel changes, here are some more property updates: 

• We have moved the Day Use locker room, which is now located next to the Day Use lunchroom on the ground floor. This makes for easy access to the slopes, restroom and shower access, as well as a more conveniently located space to have your items locked away for the day and close by when it’s lunchtime.
• A new Activities Center has opened in one of the previous Day Use locker rooms and the other will soon be an Escape Room at GL7! Both located on the ground level near the Family Fun Center, we are excited to have all our fun offerings located in one central location. The “Trapped in the 80s”-themed escape room is a fabulous new addition to the resort and will be opened soon! 
• BGV has upgraded our property management computer system to a new and improved version. We have been working for years on this upgrade, and upgrade and are elated to announce that we have gone live look forward to improving the service we provide to our owners and guests. 
• We are pleased to share that we have just completed our fall blocks. During this time, our housekeeping team has focused on deep cleaning all of the units and common areas, while the engineering team focused on preventative maintenance in the same areas. New coffee tables, side tables, and living room lamps were installed in the South Building during blocks.
