Dear BGV Owners,
As I mentioned in my latest video update, BGV recognizes that some of you may have experienced or are experiencing delays in service due to the confluence of challenges that our entire team at BGV has been working hard to overcome.
Like many businesses, BGV is currently experiencing a labor shortage, in addition to COVID-related temporary employee absences. You might also recall that after two years of preparation and millions of dollars invested by Mike and me, we underwent a massive companywide software upgrade on December 1, 2021. While we are excited about the many software enhancements and benefits gained through this necessary upgrade, there have also been significant challenges encountered due to the tremendous magnitude of this upgrade, as is to be expected. Those who work in the technology field or rely on technology have probably experienced something similar to what our organization has been navigating over the last couple of months. While there is still much work to be done, I am pleased to share that the hard work of our IT team in collaboration with many leaders across BGV has resulted in many of these challenges now being resolved, while others are in the process of being addressed. Please rest assured that we are fully committed to the concept of Kaizen that I explained in my video, so improvement will steadily continue.
I am also pleased to share that BGV is moving forward with a new workforce housing project near 7-11 in Breckenridge called Entrada. We understand that access to affordable housing, along with livable wages, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth and advancement, is critical to ensuring a sustainable workforce. While there are still hurdles, it is incredibly positive news that our Town of Breckenridge’s council unanimously supports BGV moving forward with the Entrada development. Upon completion, BGV could have additional housing for 60 to 70 employees with a projected average rent of $1000 per month. A recent article in the Summit Daily News further explains the details about this workforce housing initiative. We will keep you posted as plans for this project and a few other local workforce housing options currently being explored progress.
I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge once again and sincerely apologize for any service delays. We are passionate about creating GRAND vacations and putting smiles on faces, so please know how important ensuring an exceptional owner experience is to BGV.
Thank you for your patience and trust in us.

Dear Mike & Mike
Thank you for your regular updates
Elaine and I totally understand software update challenges as you will see with my email exchange with Trivia Krasnicki.
We have been with you since 1995 when Grand Timber Lodge was just a chimney in the Great Hall covered with plastic sheets.
In business one gets a taste of the leadership of the company by the qualities of staff.
Please pass my sincere compliments to all your staffs without exception for their assistance and courtesy over the last 27 years.
I would say BGV is in good hands
Kind Regards
Lee Worthington
