Easter is right around the corner and the Activities Department will be hosting an Easter egg hunt at the property! The Easter Bunny himself may even make an appearance!

March is one of the busiest months in Breckenridge, so reservations around town are strongly encouraged. Our Concierge Team is ready to help you plan any excursions during your trip, so please reach out!

Sustainability Efforts

The management team continues to explore opportunities to keep costs low for the Home Owner’s Association. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 worked with the Sustainability department and a few nonprofits this fall to ensure gently used furniture found its way into new homes. The team was able to raise money for the HOA while also diverting 27,100 pounds of furniture (93.5%) from the landfill. More gently used items will be available in the Spring! Keep an eye on the HOA Facebook Group page for more information.

We also negotiated and locked in at a set rate for the cost of natural gas. This ensures we have a favorable rate for the year. Additionally, locking in the rate reduces our risk of spikes in natural gas prices. It also allows us to budget accordingly throughout the entire year.

As always, we welcome your feedback and suggestions for making the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 an even Grander place for you and your family. Please send any thoughts to ayoder@breckgv.com for consideration!
