Summer is in full swing at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, and it’s been wonderful to see owners and guests enjoying the property, from the pools to the surrounding mountain scenery. As we move deeper into the season, our teams have been hard at work completing a variety of projects and enhancements designed to refresh and elevate the ownership experience.

This season, our Engineering team has focused on refreshing and maintaining key areas throughout the property. In-residence improvements include freshly stained window sills, helping to revitalize and brighten interior spaces. We have also begun a larger project to replace wood trim throughout the hallways, which will continue over the coming seasons to further enhance the resort’s look and feel.

Additional updates include new lobby carpet, deep cleaning across all residences, and resurfacing of the indoor pool area to ensure these high-use spaces remain in excellent condition for owners and guests.

We are also excited about the continued success of our new Sports Simulator, which has quickly become a favorite amenity on property. The space offers a variety of interactive games, including golf, hockey, soccer, and more, providing a fun year-round activity for all ages.

The Activities team has also introduced several new offerings this season, including soap-making, screen printing, and build-your-own-beanie classes. In addition, yoga will once again be offered on the lawn, bringing more outdoor wellness experiences to the summer schedule.

Starting June 19, breakfast service will return daily across the property. Bar Down will offer breakfast Friday through Sunday, with a limited weekday offering available at the Lobby Bar Monday through Thursday, ensuring seven-day-a-week breakfast service for owners and guests.

As always, our Concierge team is available to assist with booking local summer activities, such as horseback riding, white-water rafting, and more. We encourage owners to plan ahead to secure preferred dates and experiences during this busy season.
