Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Property Information

Quarter 4 2024

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is pleased to share a few updates with our owners:

We hope everyone had a lovely fall. While we enjoyed our beautiful aspens, we also were hard at work with some property improvement projects. Next time you are on property, you might notice some of the following upgrades and changes:

  • We installed new E-bike Charging Lockers outside the Day Use Lunchroom on the porch to allow owners and guests to safely charge their bikes!
  • Just inside the Day Use Lunchroom, we have also installed a new Keurig machine! Please feel free to enjoy this complimentary coffee during your next visit.
  • The BMMA has completely redone the staircase leading from the bus circle to the ski area including new handrails with built in lights!
  • The Engineering team built a conduit and walkway for easier access to/from the ski hill trails and the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 gate. Doing this project internally saved the Owner’s Association money.
  • Please enjoy the newly resurfaced outdoor pool deck during your next visit!
  • We have upgraded our CO detector system in the parking garages.
  • We are currently installing new and improved grills in the putting green area.

Breckenridge and Summit County have many fun events planned this season including Wake Up Breck on November 7th, The Turkey Day 5K on Thanksgiving, and ULLR Fest December 12-14th. Please check out this wonderful resource for a full list of events with all the details.

  • With the holidays fast approaching, don’t forget that our Activities Department has Christmas Trees available for your unit upon request. All trees are pre-lit. Non-decorated trees are $100 while pre-decorated trees are $200. Please contact our Activities Team to reserve your tree!
  • We also wanted to share some cooking tips for your holiday meals. Please remember that cooking at 10,000+ feet does take a bit longer. It’s always a good idea to plan for some additional time when preparing food or even raise the oven temperature by 15-25 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, we have special holiday items available upon request including meat thermometers, pie tins, roasting pans, and turkey basters.
  • Don’t forget to do some Holiday Shopping at our Front Desk Market and in Soothe Spa! There are many wonderful stocking stuffers and gift options available in both locations.
  • Our Front Desk is happy to help store packages that need to be shipped ahead of your arrival. Packages measuring 24 inches or smaller can be stored for $8 per day and packages larger than 24 inches can be stored for $14 per day. Please also remember that only UPS and FedEx deliver here.

Day Use Parking Reminder for Owners – As we prepare for the busy winter season, please remember the following day use parking policies:

  • Reservations: Must be made online and can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
  • Cancellations: Must cancel by 7 p.m. the night before to avoid a 14-day parking restriction.
  • Check-in Requirements: An owner card (physical or digital) and a photo ID are required to check in.
  • Owner Cards: Issued only to immediate family members (parents, children, or those listed on the deed). Siblings and in-laws are not considered immediate family.
  • Please also remember that one parking pass is issued per unit per reservation. Additionally, dogs may not be left in vehicles on property and are only permitted in dog friendly areas.

Breckenridge Ski Resort is scheduled to open on Friday, November 8th. We can’t wait to hit the slopes this season! You can check for the latest lift and terrain status updates here

Please remember that one ski locker will be provided per room upon check-in. Each locker should fit gear for 4 people but we always recommend keeping your boots in your room so they stay nice and warm. Don’t forget to return your ski locker keys to the front desk by check-out to avoid the late/lost key fee!

The management team continues to find ways to save money to the Owner’s Association by doing projects internally as much as possible and finding efficiencies in our systems.

We always welcome your feedback and suggestions for how to make the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 a better place for you and your family. Please send any thoughts to ayoder@breckgv.com for consideration!
