Greetings from Breckenridge!  

We have long said that “BGV is in the smile business!” As we celebrate our 40th anniversary this year, we would like to highlight how BGV has been sharing smiles with our owners, guests, employees and even our local community over the past few months.

RAM Legacy in Action Day 

On June 6, we celebrated BGV founder Rob Millisor’s memory via the RAM Legacy in Action event. In addition to raising $100,000 to support heart health and other programs within our community, more than 250 BGV employees and independent contractors contributed approximately 750 volunteer hours to our partner nonprofits! The day was incredibly special and moving as we came together to honor Rob’s legacy of giving back. If you are inspired to contribute, you can do so by donating to the Rob Millisor Heart Health Fund. 

Smile Awards 

Smile Awards are one of the many ways that we recognize BGV employees for extraordinary effort and memorable moments! Employees can nominate each other or submit nominations on behalf of comments that we receive from our owners and guests. Click here if you would like to nominate a BGV employee! Here are a few recent Smile Awards from owners like you: 

“I enjoyed a beautiful drive through the mountains last Tuesday on my way to GL7. I stopped to get gas in Frisco before driving to Breck. I looked for my wallet and realized that it was still on my kitchen table! My driver’s license, credit cards, and everything else I needed to enjoy the next couple of days. I didn’t even have enough gas to return home! I drove on to GL7, hoping everything would work out. When I got to the front desk, Micah greeted me warmly. I explained my situation and was close to tears. Micah looked up my reservation and assured me everything would be fine. The concierge, Heinie, insisted I take his credit card to get gas, which I did. These wonderful people are beyond helpful and kind. GL7 is not just a resort, it’s a huge family who truly care about everyone that stays here. Thank you so very much for a great experience with the help of the most awesome staff!” 

 “We have been owners at BGV Grand Colorado Peak 8 for the past 6+ years and have been very impressed with the staff, facilities, and overall BGV organization. Recently, we had challenges with the future scheduling of our vacation week and using club points. We reached out to Thomas Weymer in BGV Owner Support Services and have been VERY happy with the help he has given us. Thomas is an excellent listener and problem solver. He jumped right in to help resolve our problem. He also set up a meeting with us to help us better understand and effectively use Interval International. My adult daughter and I felt that Thomas went above and beyond to make things right for us. We really appreciate his efforts. Kudos to Thomas and BGV. We look forward to many more years as BGV owners.”
