Dear BGV Owners,

Early winter greetings from Breckenridge!

With Breckenridge Ski Resort officially opening for the season on November 7, excitement is building for another beautiful winter in the mountains. As we reflect on 2025, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible people who make up our BGV family: our dedicated employees, our welcoming community, and you, our valued owners.

This season also marks an important moment of transition and celebration for our company’s leadership.

Honoring a Legacy of Leadership

After nearly two decades of exceptional service, our Chief Operating Officer, Nick Doran, will soon retire. Nick has been a cornerstone of BGV’s growth, culture, and operational excellence for the past 19 years. His leadership has always been grounded in care, integrity, and a deep commitment to both our employees and our owners.

Throughout his career, Nick has guided our company through tremendous growth, helping BGV remain true to its values while embracing innovation and continuous improvement. His thoughtful leadership, mentorship, and steady presence will be deeply missed, and we wish him all the best as he begins this exciting next chapter.

Looking Ahead

As we celebrate Nick’s legacy, we are also excited to share several leadership transitions that will position BGV for continued success and innovation.

  • Michael B. Dudick has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Michael’s journey with BGV began during his high school and college years and officially took root in 2014 as a Financial Analyst. Over the past decade, he has immersed himself in every facet of the business, most recently serving as Chief Strategy Officer. Michael brings a people-first mindset, a strong focus on accountability and innovation, and a deep appreciation for the culture that makes BGV unique.
  • Brian Binge now serves as Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer (CRSO). Since joining BGV in 1999 as a Front Desk Associate, Brian has consistently demonstrated innovation and leadership. In this new role, he will oversee Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology, ensuring our growth continues to be guided by collaboration and excellence.
  • Kimberly Tramontana has been promoted to Chief Hospitality Officer (CHO). Kimberly’s BGV journey began in 2002 as a Front Desk Associate, and her dedication to hospitality, culture, and community impact has been instrumental in our success. She will lead with the same warmth and integrity that have defined her career, and is now responsible for supporting BGV Gives philanthropy program, and Human Resources, Employee Experience, Learning & Performance, Compliance & Safety, BGV Sustainability in addition to continuing to oversee Resort Operations, Owner Relations and HOA Management.
  • In addition to these Executive Team changes, several other BGV leaders have also been promoted to roles with elevated responsibilities and the opportunity to contribute to BGV’s bright future at an even greater level.

These transitions reflect the strength of our internal talent and our ongoing commitment to creating memorable vacations, delivering exceptional service, and caring for both our owners and employees.

We are deeply thankful for your continued trust and support as part of the BGV family. We wish you and your loved ones a joyful holiday season and a happy, healthy New Year filled with time together in the mountains you call home.

Warm regards,

Mike and Mike
