Happy New Year!  

 As we gratefully welcome another year at BGV, we have a tradition of taking this opportunity to reflect on the year that has just come to an end and then turn our focus toward our vision and goals for the year ahead. This process allows us to celebrate achievements, learn valuable lessons and proactively align and prepare for what’s to come.  

 The past year has given all of us at BGV much to celebrate! Here are some highlights from 2022 that we wish to share with you:  

• Our resorts’ combined total occupancy rate averaged 91% and we increased our BGV family of owners to 30,000!

• Our sustainability efforts diverted approximately 560,000 pounds of waste from the landfill and we increased the number of electric vehicle charging stations to eight in total across our BGV family of resorts. 

• Our philanthropic initiative, BGV Gives, donated $1,398,270 in cash and in-kind contributions to 195 local organizations. BGV employees volunteered an impressive 4,696 hours of time and talent to many worthwhile causes within our community. 

 Looking forward, various departments and teams are currently envisioning all the possibilities that the new year holds and creating specific goals that will help us continue to put smiles on faces and create GRAND vacations.
