Grand Timber Lodge Property Info

Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from your family in Breckenridge!

Spring Break will soon be upon us in the Rockies. We look forward to welcoming home all Grand Timber Lodge families and friends as we anticipate longer, sunnier days balanced with that perfect mix of refreshing spring storms. After a slow start to the ski season, Breckenridge Ski Resort now has all chairlifts spinning with terrain available for all abilities. Spring offers the best of both worlds: crisp mountain air in the mornings, afternoons on the patio, goggle tans, and that celebratory vibe that comes from soaking up every last run of the season. It’s an adventurous, high-energy time of year, and we can’t wait to make the most of these unforgettable spring days here at GTL.

Here is what’s happening around property:

Property Updates:

The Maintenance Department has been preparing Buildings three and four for upcoming spring renovations. These buildings will receive refreshed units and new roofs during the spring block program.

New carpet was installed in the Family Fun Center and Theaters, brightening up this high traffic amenity.

Christy Sports has greatly increased their quantity of new inventory this year to ensure owners and guests have the best technology available.

New hot tub covers have been implemented, providing better insulation and further energy efficiency.

Sustainability Efforts:

We locked in a Natural Gas pricing through 2029. Committing to this rate protects us from potential price spikes, provides long term cost stability, and allows us to budget with confidence knowing our energy costs for the full year.

We can’t wait to see you, share in the energy of the season and experience everything this wonderful town has to offer as spring comes to life! Don’t forget, there are so many things to do beyond the ski resort. Check out the Owner’s Website or Go Breck for inspiration on activities, dining, events, and more.

Grand Timber Lodge leadership is always seeking recommendations from our valued owners. Whether it’s room enhancements to a scheduled on-site activity, please don’t hesitate to share your ideas with the team. We welcome the opportunity to bring your ideas to life!
