The restaurant scene in Breckenridge is constantly evolving, and 2024 has been no exception! This year brought a few newcomers, and we can’t wait to explore them all. From a new delivery pizza spot to handcrafted s’mores and expertly mixed craft cocktails, the latest additions offer a delicious variety that’s sure to keep us coming back for more.

Three Daughters Pizza

Location: 110 S. Ridge Street

Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.; Friday-Saturday 11:30 a.m.-9:00 p.m.

About: Three Daughters Pizza, located on Ridge Street next to Tin Plate Pizza, brings the classic New York style pizza to the heart of the Rockies! Three Daughters specializes in 16-inch, New York style pizzas topped with classic ingredients. Offering full pies, pizza by-the-slice, and delivery available, they are quickly becoming one of the local favorite pizza options!

Prospector Gastropub

Location: 130 S. Main Street

Hours: Sunday-Thursday 11:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.; Friday-Saturday 11:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m.

About: Located on Main Street in the building formerly operated by Apres, Prospector Gastropub brings a menu of elevated craft cocktails and shareable plates. This “cocktail haven” has a rotating menu of signature cocktails that are sure to impress. Their dining menu offers European-inspired small plates such as burrata and escargot; lunch menu features sandwiches, flatbreads and sides. Stop by during happy hour from 2-4 p.m. for an elevate après experience!

The S’more Shack

Location: 535 S. Park Avenue

Hours: Wednesday-Sunday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

About: The S’more Shack is one of the newest additions to Breckenridge, just in time for ski season! This St. Louis-based business is expanding their horizons and setting up shop in the Village area near the base of Peak 9. This food cart offers a selection of delectable handcrafted s’mores (with homemade ingredients- including marshmallows! Check out their menu to view these irresistible s’mores!

Edwin at the Alpenrock

Location: 550 Village Road

Hours: 7:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.; 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.

About: Hotel Alpenrock, a newly renovated hotel in the location formerly operated by the Double Tree, is home to a brand new restaurant called Edwin. The Alpenrock site describes Edwin as offering “open-fire pizzas, seasonal flavors, and innovative Colorado-inspired fare.” Edwin will offer dinner and brunch. We are excited to learn more about Edwin and give it a try in the weeks to come!
