Letter from the Assistant General Manager

Greetings from Breckenridge!

As winter arrives in our beautiful mountain town, we’re excited to welcome back the snow, the crisp air, and, of course, our incredible owner community. This season, we’re thrilled to announce a variety of upgrades to the property, as well as highlight events designed to enhance your experience and make your home here more comfortable, stylish, and exciting than ever.

Property Highlights:

  • Enhanced Entertainment Options: All residences now feature state-of-the-art in-room entertainment systems, allowing guests to cast from personal devices, log into streaming apps, and more for a personalized viewing experience.
  • Sustainability Initiative: We are excited to promote sustainability with our new reusable cup program! We encourage you to use the reusable cups provided on the property and to bring your favorite travel mug or tumbler to fill up at our dining outlets. To support this initiative, we will be adding new bus stations in common areas, making it easier to drop off used cups and streamline our cleaning and recycling efforts. Thank you for helping us keep our spaces tidy and sustainable!
  • Grand Lobby Refresh: Our lobby refresh is in full swing, featuring new furniture and updated carpeting for a modern, welcoming look.

Day Use Parking Reminder for Owners:

As we prepare for the busy winter season, please keep the following day-use parking policies in mind:

  • Reservations: Must be made online and can be booked up to 7 days in advance.
  • Cancellations: Must be canceled by 7 p.m. the night before to avoid a 14-day parking restriction.
  • Check-in Requirements: An owner card (physical or digital) and a photo ID are required to check in.
  • Owner Cards: Issued only to immediate family members (parents, children, or those listed on the deed). Siblings and in-laws are not considered immediate family.
  • Parking Passes: One parking pass is issued per unit per reservation. Additionally, dogs may not be left in vehicles on the property and are only permitted in designated dog-friendly areas.

End of year festivities in Summit County:

November is an exciting time in Breckenridge as the town and slopes come alive with the onset of winter! Ski resorts are set to open mid-month, so get ready to hit the slopes and enjoy the fresh powder. For those looking to work up an appetite before Thanksgiving dinner, join the annual Turkey Day 5K on November 28 for a fun run or walk around town. Then, starting November 29, Wassail Days in Frisco invites everyone to embrace the holiday spirit with warm spiced cider, festive shopping, and beautiful seasonal décor. It’s a wonderful time to gather, celebrate, and enjoy everything the mountains have to offer!

December brings a festive sparkle to Breckenridge, with holiday lights and exciting events filling the month! The season kicks off on December 7 with the Lighting of Breckenridge and the Race of the Santas, where hundreds of Santas dash down Main Street, culminating in the grand lighting of the town’s holiday décor—an event that perfectly captures the holiday spirit. Ullr Fest returns from December 6–9, celebrating the Norse god of snow with parades, parties, and the iconic Ullr bonfire, as locals and visitors come together to honor all things winter. Wrapping up the month, don’t miss the excitement of the X Games, where athletes showcase their skills in extreme winter sports, making December a high-energy time to be in the mountains.

Join us for the magic, warmth, and thrills that make this season unforgettable in Breckenridge! We look forward to seeing you on property soon!
