Early winter greetings from Breckenridge!  

Fall lingered a bit in the High Country this year, but with the opening of Breckenridge Ski Resort just days away on November 8th, the snow has been falling and the town is buzzing with excitement. As 2024 draws to a close next month, we would like to take this opportunity to reflect on some of our key achievements at Breckenridge Grand Vacations. 

First, we are celebrating 40 years of serving owners and guests in 2024! As we look back on the last four decades, we have so much to be grateful for, especially our valued owners (like YOU!) and our dedicated employees. Since our early beginnings, we have placed tremendous value and focus on employee engagement and well-being. This year, we were honored with a Cultural Excellence Award from Energage, a tool designed to enhance employee experience and workplace culture. BGV was recognized for excellence in Employee Well-Being, Appreciation, and Professional Development, along with additional awards for Innovation, Purpose & Values, Compensation & Benefits, and Leadership. We celebrate our talented and caring team members, who are passionate about creating memorable experiences for you and your loved ones. 

Additionally, our commitment to sustainability was highlighted by the recent recognition of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 and Grand Timber Lodge, which have both received the Pollution Prevention Award for Region 8 from the Environmental Protection Agency. This award recognizes our innovative snowmelt systems that significantly reduce natural gas consumption. Following last year’s award for the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, all three of our resorts now hold this prestigious distinction. 

We are also excited to announce that Breckenridge Grand Vacations has been recognized as a Top Company by ColoradoBiz. This highly competitive and longstanding award is a significant achievement within the Colorado business community. Top Company entrants are judged on three criteria: financial performance, outstanding achievement, and community involvement. BGV is proud to be recognized as the Top Company in the tourism industry in Colorado!  

As we celebrate these accomplishments, we also want to thank you for being a part of these successes. It is our greatest honor to welcome you home to Breckenridge and provide a lifetime of cherished vacation memories for you and those you hold dear.
