Grand Timber Lodge Property Info
Letter from the General Manager
Greetings from Grand Timber Lodge!
Summer has arrived in the Rockies, bringing longer days, vibrant mountain scenery, and endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. Breckenridge is buzzing with seasonal activities, from hiking and biking to farmers markets and community festivals. Whether you’re exploring the trails, enjoying local events like Wildflower Week and the Breckenridge Agave Festival, or simply taking in the mountain views, there is something for everyone to enjoy. We are excited to welcome owners and guests back for another season of adventure, relaxation, and unforgettable memories at Grand Timber Lodge.
Property Updates
This spring, we completed several important projects, including residence refreshes, roof replacements on Buildings 3 and 4, new balcony doors and windows for Building 7, and exterior painting on Building 5. These updates support the appearance, comfort, and long-term care of the resort. Be sure to watch the accompanying video for a closer look at this season’s project progress and summer highlights around the resort and Breckenridge.
We also want to extend our sincere appreciation to owners who continue to share feedback with our team. Your recommendations help guide ongoing improvements throughout the resort and allow us to enhance the ownership experience for everyone. Whether it’s suggestions for accommodations, amenities, activities, or services, your input plays an important role in helping us continually improve.
Please note that the Alpen e-bike rental partnership will not be moving forward. However, our Concierge team is working with several local outfitters to secure discounts and recommendations for Grand Timber Lodge owners and guests.
We look forward to welcoming you this summer, and thank you for your continued support of Grand Timber Lodge.
Nick Borovich
